    Hello Exhibitors,
Thank you for registering for the NACAC National College Fair – New Jersey. Please read through the following information carefully for information regarding the fair.
If you are not attending this fair, please forward this information to the appropriate representative for your institution. To change the contact person who receives emails, let our customer service team know at customerservice@nacacnet.org.
In addition, this year’s Atlanta fair will feature a STEM/PVA component. Located on the exhibit floor, there will be special sections designated specifically for:

    •              STEM: science, technology, engineering, and math institutions, indicated with green/white pipe & drape,

    •              PVA: performing and visual arts institutions, indicated with yellow/white pipe & drape,

    •              General NACAC National College Fair: indicated with blue/white pipe & drape.

Exhibitors can fill out this survey to choose which part of the fair they would like their booth to be placed in. If an institution has purchased multiple booths, they can be placed in different sections. The STEM/PVA section will be indicated on the floor plan and mentioned on the fair website and communications.
Note: Booths will be available on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guaranteed placement; if there is no available space in the section, then the institution will be placed in the General NACAC National Fair.
This survey will close on February 17th, 2025 - If there are any questions, please let me know.

    Important Reminders
    1. Lead Retrieval
All NACAC National College Fair exhibitors will be using the GoToCollegeFairs (GTCF) MobileScan App to capture student leads. Scanners are no longer available at NACAC college fairs. ALL onsite representatives must bring a compatible mobile device with the GTCF App to scan student barcodes. The scanning app will allow access only on the day of the fair. Please have your designated onsite representative download the app and set it up (fair and booth selection) prior to their arrival at the fair.

Understanding Your Lead Data (including Sample Lead Data Report)
The GTCF MobileScan app has many advantages over the handheld scanner. The app allows you to collect student names quicker and easier, take notes on and rate the leads that you capture, and more. Using the mobile app is no additional cost to you, and each booth has unlimited users. No access codes are required.
    1. Booth Numbers
Booth numbers will be assigned in Community Hub. To check your booth number, please log into the NACAC Community Hub and click “My Exhibits.” Please note booth assignments will not be assigned until after the survey closes.
    1. Exhibitor Guidelines
Please review the Exhibitor Guidelines as you plan your displays and staffing. All unauthorized activity will be asked to stop, and any prohibited items will be asked to be removed.
