Prospective Student Financial Aid Appeal Form

The Assumption University Appeals Committee meets weekly from February through May to evaluate requests for additional scholarship funding based on extenuating circumstances. Please complete this form and attach additional information for review. Upon receipt of this form, please allow a minimum of two weeks to receive an appeal decision.
